Lead enquiry privacy notice

When you submit a form, Eller Trading Group Inc., trading as Prosperity Algo Solutions, collects the contact details and enquiry information you provide to respond to your request.

What we store

Your name, email, phone number, country, selected product, optional account-size range and message, consent choices, submission time, page and referral information. Campaign tags may be included to understand how you found us. A short-lived network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions.

How it is used

We use this information to follow up on your enquiry, provide requested access or information, and manage our sales process. Product updates are optional and require the separate marketing opt-in.

Service providers

Lead information is stored with our website hosting provider. When enabled, it is also sent through Zapier to our configured customer relationship and communication tools. These services may process information outside your country of residence.

Your choices

Contact info@prosperityalgosolutions.com to ask about your data, request correction or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing consent. We retain enquiries as needed for follow-up, business records and applicable obligations.
