Refund Policy

Eller Trading Group Inc., operating under the trade name Prosperity Algo Solutions, provides Forex & CFDs Expert Advisors ("EA") under a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing, installing, or using the EA, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds on Purchases

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the performance of the EA.
Financial losses incurred while using the EA.
Misconfiguration, incorrect installation, or user error.
Failure to achieve expected or advertised trading results.

2. Subscription-Based Purchases

For EA purchases made on a subscription basis:

Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable.
Buyers may cancel their subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect from the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time EA purchases:

All payments are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made for any reason, including product discontinuation.

4. Product Access & License

Each purchase grants a single, non-transferable license tied to the buyer’s email address.
Sharing, transferring, or reselling the EA is strictly prohibited.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

The EA is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantees of profitability or specific trading results.
Trading Forex & CFDs carries inherent risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
